I would give him a lifetime position in the athletic department, with a title appropriate to being involved in the basketball program. His best asset is his recruiting. Game day coaching, not so much. From what I've seen over the years, his "offense" is "pass the ball around the arc, then take a three late in the clock." We can certainly do better on that front. He can draw up a good inbounds play, so I'll give him that. But, he sits on his timeouts entirely too much, which allows opponents to go on huge runs, and it makes me crazy.
