2014 TSUN Shenanigans and Arguments

So now that Florida has jumped the gun and will be putting the full-court press on potential candidates... does scUM follow suit to land "their guy"? Or maybe they stick to their "save $1mil" plan on the basis that UF isn't looking for a "Michigan man" anyway.

Guess hoke's skrong punishment for cffc didn't have a lasting effect.

you mean one game suspensions for felony arrests don't curb peoples appetites for self destruction? Surely you jest.

Re: This is not Clark’s first run-in with the law during his time with the Wolverines. Clark was arrested for second-degree home invasion in September 2012. Clark stole a laptop from a Michigan dorm and was sentenced to one-year probation after pleading guilty. For this incident, Clark was suspended for one game by Michigan head coach Brady Hoke.

In all honesty, I now look for Hoke to try and save his job by showing the Schlissel what a tough disciplinarian he is by booting Clark off the team. Hoke already has Schlissel bamboozled thinking he really supports the football players on academics, etc. per

Haven't seen this pipe dream posted on BP, so here you go:

Braxton Miller Should Play Next Year in A2

How great would that be? Miller graduates at end of this term and with an additional year of eligibility could play elsewhere next season, a la Russell Wilson. Could be an appealing idea to him if there was a certain former QB leading the team....

Nothing to see here

According to a police report obtained by the Sandusky Register on Sunday night, Michigan senior defensive end Frank Clark struck his live-in girlfriend in the face in their hotel room, and grabbed her by the neck and threw her to the ground. The report also says that Clark has been charged with assault along with the original domestic violence charge reported early on Sunday morning. An excerpt from the police report follows:

The victim, Clark's live-in girlfriend, told Perkins police Officer Martin Curran how he allegedly punched her in the face, breaking a hotel room lamp as she fell.

The victim's brother, who'd just emerged from the hotel room shower at the time, reportedly saw Clark grab the victim by her neck and slam her to the ground.

At one point, the woman said Clark pinned her to the bed, prompting her to bite his nose in an attempt to get him off.

Maui Sands employees became aware of the situation after someone in a neighboring room called the front desk, explaining actions inside Clark's room "sounded like a head was being bounced off the wall."

The caller also saw and reported three small children running from the room, with one supposedly saying, "Frank is killing our sister." One child, the victim's brother, said Clark hit his sister.

On Monday morning, Clark is scheduled to appear at Sandusky Municipal Court at 9 AM. Michigan has not yet punished Clark, and head coach Brady Hoke said on Sunday night they will wait for the facts to come out before making any decisions. Clark, a Cleveland native, is considered one of the leaders of a Michigan defense that is currently ranked within the top ten in the country.
