2014 TSUN Shenanigans and Arguments

Wait......Jim-Bo? Thank you Bank of Ann Arbor for giving us a stupid nickname for him, free of charge. Jim-Bo Harbaugh. How fucking stupid.

I mean seriously, who the hell is named Jimbo? What a stupid name for someone.

07, you may have a point if it wasnt for the fact i havent stopped posting since i joined here. If that's bandwagoning, i think im doing it wrong.

Your words about what happens on the first UM loss, not mine. Perhaps think a bit more before you type next time. That aside, your move is consistent with those of other "Michigan Men" -- a lot of crowing and chest-thumping when the games aren't being played (reference your multiple posts regarding this year's basketball season back in October or so) and then a no-show approach when the games have been played and times are tough. The "Michigan Man" approach.

Even UM fans are resigned to Harbaugh leaving for the NFL soon, but that's okay! he's just here to right the ship!

Well, what if he doesn't right the ship before leaving in 2-4 years?

Given their current roster situation, particularly at QB which has been mentioned ad nauseam, plus the attrition that will occur when all of Hoke's dough boys start dropping out, I think there is a strong possibility the rebuild will take longer than Harbaugh plans to stick around.

I'm not saying they won't improve and start beating the teams they're supposed to beat again- but I think many UM fans are being arrogantly delusional about their expectations for this coaching change... again.

It's kind of fascinating how quickly they revert back to their delusional moronic selves after hitting maximum emo so recently.

This will be a huge factor. I expect a lot of attrition, as Harbaugh and Hoke are pretty much at the opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to discipline and hard work.

They will start jizzing on themselves comparing that to Bo running off so many when he took over as sure as you are born.

Jim-bo

I'm not sure if I'm shaking my head so much in amazement of how pathetic that is or the fact that I am still amazed by these douchebags. Tough call.

Don't underestimate the "Roman Factor" as well. The guy made Walrus-ball look dynamic the past two seasons in SF and it appears Hairball is bringing him along with him.

Hairball's best successes coincide with him finding a generational talent in Andrew Luck, and catching lightning in a bottle with an already stacked SF roster built perfectly for his preferred scheme. It was furthered by unleashing a freak QB in Kaepernick on the NFL. Of course, after the success with Kaepernick in a pistol offense, they promptly tried to make him into a pocket passer behind an injury-ravaged, sieve of an OL and fell flat on their faces.

If he can get the QB situation sorted out, he'll be fine there. But if they are stuck with the detritus they've had at tsun at QB, it's going to take him a while to get them going. There's no Alex Smith or 2012 Kaepernick on that roster right now. They do have a lot of highly rated recruits on the OL and at RB, so if they can whip them into shape and strip them of the Hoke fed sense of entitlement, they might just need a guy that can manage the game like Alex Smith did for his first 1.5 years in SF. Time will tell, I guess. I do think they have about a 4 year window, and once Hairball does find some success, I fully expect him to head back to the NFL to continue to chase his SuperBowl dream.

But weren't they all jizzing on themselves over the recruiting victories of kids who liked how laid back everything was? I dunno man.....if they're not careful they might look like douchebag hypocrites to outsiders.
