AD says that he made a freaking LATERAL MOVE and is making the same money he made at the Niners.

I'm not sure if I'm shaking my head so much in amazement of how pathetic that is or the fact that I am still amazed by these douchebags. Tough call.
His salary is $3M/year more now than he was making in SF. He must be taking into account CA state taxes.AD says that he made a freaking LATERAL MOVE and is making the same money he made at the Niners.
I think we have a strong contender for hairball's new moniker...Maybe JizzBo should hire Barwis to make them eleventystrong!?!!!!!

So, Harbaugh’s base is $5 million per year. Interesting FootballScoop.com/the-scoop
I'll bet there's some very easy to reach escalators in there. Like $2M for getting them to a friggin' bowl game, etc...Sounds like the earlier astronomical figures were exaggerated, or Jim-Bo couldn't handle the pressure of being the nation's highest paid coach.

And only an arrogant m*ch*g*n man would consider that dump a lateral move from an NFL gig in one of the nicest places in the country. The simple fact is Hairball and the Niners management couldn't play nice. If they could, he would still be there, and scUM would be looking elsewhere. It's just a perfect storm for them, not unlike we had following tat gate when Urban came here. Just a serendipitous series of events.

Reports are saying 7 at 35. 5m a year is a lateral move for salary. It's reportedly about building a staff with that extra cash.
I'm not saying he's GOING to have success, but I'm certainly more confident in his ability to turn the program around than anyone else considered.
