"The future is bright at Ohio State."
Mike Bellotti. Why does no one remember him? Oregon wasn't bad when Kelly took over.

Yes. 46-7 at a place like Oregon including a near win in the championship PLUS what he's done in the NFL PLUS urban essentially calling him a genius is all this fan needs to know. Yes, he's lost big games, but guess what? Every year there's at most one team who didn't lose a single big game. For whatever reason we always seem to highlight that probably because of the fact we weren't used to seeing Oregon so good. News flash: OSU has won one NC since 1970. We've lost big games as well and have better resources and more talent than Oregon. Imagine if instead of having top 20 recruiting classes he was at OSU or UM and had top 5 recruiting classes. Yes, in my opinion he's damn good.
Sure, but how many teams win them all? Pretty fucking rare. What Bellotti and Kelly did was impressive.Taking a bit out of context... so far Helfrich is 11-2 and 4-1. Kelly went 10-3, 12-1, 12-2, 12-1. He went undefeated just once (and then lost NCG) -- Oregon's reputation of dropping 1 or 2 games a year didn't start with Helfrich is all I'm saying.

Yeah I don't think 15-3 is trash. I'm not yet part of the group that thinks the current coach is bad. That cuts both ways. Neither of your "impressive" guys won it all; so it's a bit unrealistic to expect the next guy to do so in 2 years.
137–80–2 and 46-7 are impressive, but 15-3 is trash? Ok. I mean, I get it -- he could be another Hoke. But personally, I don't see it.
Come on, now...there's only five SEC teams in the top 10.AP Poll out now. Same position for Bucks, and MSU also #1 but MSU still #8. auburn only drops to 6. Because SEC.
