Imagine had we pulled that VT game out we'd be #2 possibly #1 rated in the land the way we are currently playing.

Have you ever seen them play Stanford football?Stanford still in the top 25 with two losses?
Yep, the new Boise State, but hey, it's not their fault the Longhorns suck. The same logic will apply when the Bucks line up against Michigan. You must really not like Baylor then--they're ranked even higher than ND, and Baylor's resume is even less impressive, having beaten the following teams:
SMU (0-5)
Northwestern St. (2-3) (and an FCS team)
Buffalo (3-3)
Iowa St. (1-4)
Texas (2-3)
Close... they are the new Oregon... flashy offense, and a cornucopia of Unis, very little D and if they get punched in the mouth they usually lose.Yep, the new Boise State, but hey, it's not their fault the Longhorns suck. The same logic will apply when the Bucks line up against Michigan.
Wasn't that what we expected last year? It's not like there isn't any talent there. They haven't been well coached and they seem to have drifted into indifference as a team, but they'll be up for The Game and if they catch an early break or two they could be a handful again.I feel like we have a shot at the playoff still. Obviously the B1G is down but we get to play a lot of teams before they get many losses in conf play. Obviously we need to win out.
5-1 Rutgers
5-1 PSU if they beat scUM
Illinois lol
7-1 MSU
7-2 or 8-1 Minny
A probably bowl eligible Indiana
And then we get to crush scUM 86-0
B1G championship game(hopefully 11 win Corn)

Lots of Ducks fans think the bloom is off the rose when it comes to Helfrich.
Yes. 46-7 at a place like Oregon including a near win in the championship PLUS what he's done in the NFL PLUS urban essentially calling him a genius is all this fan needs to know. Yes, he's lost big games, but guess what? Every year there's at most one team who didn't lose a single big game. For whatever reason we always seem to highlight that probably because of the fact we weren't used to seeing Oregon so good. News flash: OSU has won one NC since 1970. We've lost big games as well and have better resources and more talent than Oregon. Imagine if instead of having top 20 recruiting classes he was at OSU or UM and had top 5 recruiting classes. Yes, in my opinion he's damn good. Was Chip Kelly really that successful though? Seems to me he had the same penchant to drop games and just got a pass b/c he gets credit for taking them from mediocre to sexy contenders (with a lot of help from Nike)
