That would be real nice because it would speak volumes of how good our conference was this past season and would justify all the SEC SEC ACC ACC lovers talking points. If I had a thought like yours. I would probably keep it to myself.
As the man from New Jersey would say you should have a banner if you are going to make posts as ridiculous as that. @NJ-Buckeye
Have you ever heard of Strength of Schedule That has a lot to do with seeding and where a team is placed in the tournament. If you do not think that has any effect from one year to another year with the Selection committee I think you are very wrong.Who cares if "it would speak volumes of how good our conference was this past season?" I don't really care if Dickie V, Doug Gottleib or any other college bball talking head gives the Big Ten a shout out, as I don't see any way that it helps the only Big Ten team I care about, OSU.
You may think my posts are ridiculous. I happen to think that only mouth-breathers get caught up in the whole silly conference pride arguments, particularly in college basketball.

You forgot the part about your banner or do I need to call @NJ-Buckeye
Last year's SOS didn't do much to help seeding this year.
Sorry, but it'll take a little more than a house of cards argument like strength of schedule from year to year for me to start cheering for either OSU's hated rival or a Bo Ryan-led team. Those teams having success--and the recruiting scores that come with that success--will hurt OSU long-term way more than OSU maybe being seeded a rung or two lower.
I can save you some time...they're too rare for you to keep looking. I live in the damn state and I've found like maybe 2.I have some pride in the conference, mostly out of respect for the guys and girls we play every year that choose to play at some high quality institutions. So I'll cheer for MSU and Wisky when they are playing outside the conference. I won't let a pos coach like Bo get in the way of that. Once ttun gets knocked out by Louisville I'll be happy, have do draw the line somewhere. Similar to Pedd State. Every fan base has some dick fans that try to ruin it, but PedSU takes it too far, I have yet to meet one I like.
I like it.Stanford-Dayton on pace for 80+ points, early.
