i remember wishing the year Portugal won...whichever team they were playing should all just drop to the ground at once. they were already losing by 2 or 3, so it wouldn't have mattered. it would have made me a big fan of whoever it was.

Think that might have been the worst ass beating I've ever seen administered in a sporting event. I was watching it in a German bar in San Francisco and some German fans were so bored and tired of celebrating they actually went back to work during the match.

I haven't watched one second of World Fubu Football Championship. I was going to but then I saw The Goonies was only half over on TBS and I was like shitchea.

Seriously tho, even tho I don't give a shit, fuck you if the US is your second favorite team because of that one summer you spent in that foreign country that changed you in ways us continentalists couldn't comprehend.

I know they were missing two of their best players, but I never thought I'd see Brazil get humiliated like that in soccer. Once the 2nd goal went in they just gave up, bent over, and took an ass pounding in their front yard.
