Part of me feels bad that LSU most likely had that TD at the end of the first half, but at the same time if they kick the FG then there would have been OT. Sometimes it's better to take the points, even from 2 yards out.

When the score comes that early, it changes the strategy of the game so much that you don't know one way or the other whether or not those 3 points would've still be the difference. It doesn't mean LSU was robbed, just screwed out of some points that may or may not have won them the game.
