OL, WRs continue to look very mediocre, and the jump ball in traffic is alive and well.

They got a couple of pretty good RBs in Green and Bell for the 2013 recruiting class. With the OL classes they've accumulated the past 2 years, I think they'll be up and running by the time we go to the Big House.

They look like a bunch of pansies with the rolled up jersey to expose the abs look. But wow, IDK if Gardner has regressed, but that motion is absolutely horrendous. I said they would go 7-5 to 8-4 last year, and my prediction is the same this year. I know their schedule is relatively easy, but no talent at the skill positions is a terrible sign for them.

Gardner, shitty windup or not is a above average qb. Say what you want but look at the games he started. He is a huge threat to run, not as good blazing as Braxton but for any defense still a huge threat. His motion is funky but he can throw the ball. He did not come out of no where he was highly rated coming out of highschool.

We have Toussaint, and the number 1 running back and number 7 running back coming in this year, plus veteran backs we will be good at running back.

We do have the best tightend in the big ten in Funchess. Dispute his talent and potential on that.

Gallon a proven receiver gets moved to the slot and two young wr's coming in to start on the outside. Darboh was highly recruited I will not say there is talent there but I will say how about we let them prove it on the field since they are both rs freshman. Both 6-2 , 6-3, I like the chances on them. No more small receivers on the outside.

And last I do not want to talk about our o line because I know our o line is damn good especially with Lewan and schofield coming back and Kalis anchoring the inside.

So are you telling your self the o line sucks and this and that to make yourself feel better? Understand hating but atleast some buckeye fans like Ant80 can be realistic.

Edit: I bet ant80 is a lot closer to seeing it my way than yours. Just a guess.

Uhhh, where do I begin? Let's start with Gardner. He's, as you said, a serviceable QB with a lot of flaws in his throwing motion. Is he a step down from Denard? bsolutely. While he is a threat to tuck and run, he doesn't have the same type of electricity that makes defenses stack the box in order to stop him.

With regard to Fitz, he tore his ACL. He's a wildcard plain and simple. If he has a full and complete recovery, he will be a pretty solid RB. But remember this, even before he went down with the injury, his YPC was down 1.6 yards from 2011 to 2012. Is there potential at the RB position with Green and Bell? Absolutely. Is the talent also completely unproven? Bet your ass. Can't count on freshmen to be work horses. Same thing applies to the WR position. Gardner's fundamentals come into play on short routes that require timing. His three-quarters motion is ugly and slow. If you want to rely on the jump ball offense, be my guest. I'm glad you like your chances with freshmen receivers that garnered MAC-level scholarship offers because I sure as hell wouldn't.

Now there is real talent on the OL, and that will be a strength of your team for years to come. But, c'mon man, they're not the ones with the ball in their hands. Also might want to temper your thoughts on Kalis right now, last I checked he was running with the 2nd team. Let me put it this way, I would not trade even one skill-position player on Michigan's team this year for one at Ohio State. Funchess? Maybe. But literally no one else is appealing.

I'm not telling myself anything either. I'm simply looking at a depleted offense with a lack of talent and speed, which I've heard is overrated by the way, and making a prediction. I'll stand by my prediction too. 8-4 in the regular season.

:3 i like gallon, calling 800 yards this season.RB is a lot more concerning than WR at the moment, need one of the frosh RB to step up this season. Our schedule is favorable, hoping for a 9-2 season.

I respect those opinions. And you do know Darboh had offers from most big ten teams and Florida and more right. Chesson not so much but that is ok once again I like his size and speed. He ran track and posted very fast times. You guys were making fun of our receivers being short just years ago. So I am just saying I like these young men stepping up. The short guys are still here but they are in the slot like they should be. Gallon and Dileo and both are good slot receivers. Your right if I were you I would not trade any of the receivers for yours. Unproven they are. If I were Michigan I would not trade our 2 highly herald running backs because of the amount of potential they bring. And your right they can not carry the load as freshman, but there is two of them and other backs at Michigan which gives me lots of faith. Braxton is a whole different monster I love how he plays and how tough he is. He is like Tebow times 10. But if you look at Gardners numbers the last 6-7 games he started he had the best stats of any qb in the big and it was not close and top 5 of any qb in the nation within the games he started. I think the touchdowns he scored in those games totaled what Braxton scored the whole season. Once again I still love Braxton but I love love love Gardners potential too. I wish Denard could come back though and play that percy harvin receiver/running back role. That would solidify this offense I think.

I really do respecy your insight and opinion. So on offense you would only trade some oline and funchess. What about defense though? Ross for Michigan and Bolden are dogs at linebacker and young. And Countess is completely healed and back. What you think?
