2013 TSUN Football News

I was not in the "run him out of town" crowd, so you can save that for someone else. I thought RR should have gotten at least another season, just with some changes in defensive staff.

Really? Your statement that "sometimes things just don't fit" (made on or around the day he was fired from UM) suggests otherwise. So I guess you can save your poor recollection for someone else.

I feel about Michigan the same way Rome felt about Carthage. I want them destroyed and the ground they live on salted so no one can ever exist there again. So I guess that puts me in the camp of not pulling for them last Saturday.

Losing Saturday took away one more thing from that arrogant, self entitled fanbase to brag about. I will toast to a new year tomorrow that I hope will see their continued move down the list of winningest programs.

I barely remember last week, let alone 3 years ago. He should have gotten a 4th year.

How you remember things I post from that long ago is kind of creepy though

Take Pryor off the Buckeye roster and send him to Rich Rod and you don't have a 7 game streak in the series. Dick Wad might still be in AA, working his way out of a tattoo punishment, Tress might still be in Columbus, and Urban might be headed to Austin.
What are things that might have been or the if only game - Alex... I'll take Why Michigan STILL Sucks for $1000 please.....

Also, if Napoleon had been successful in his Russia campaign, or if Rommel had not been buying his wife birthday shoes, none of this would have happened.

Beaver & Webb have spent the last 2 months blaming the fans & message boards for the recruiting fallout. The last month or so they have been selling their sheep on the notion that many of the negative posters and tweeters are actually rival fans in disguise (aka "trolls"). Case in point, today's blog from Mr. Webb:

Nussmeier reportedly have a very positive meeting with the coach of Berea (KY) Madison Southern RBDamien Harris. “Nuss” has also been in contact (over the phone) with Damien and his mom. The transition, while hard, hasn’t soured Harris on the Wolverines. What has been grinding on him, though, are the distasteful remarks aimed at him by Michigan fans that assume he has already made the decision to decommit. He was so put off that he has taken the stance of not talking football at all right now. Kentucky is one of the schools reportedly trying to pry the door open, but he has not yet informed any coaching staffs of a plan to decommit. Some of the conduct in question may be being committed by real fans of the Maize & Blue. At the same time, some of it is undoubtedly an attempt by people posing as Michigan fans to adversely affect the situation. Either way it's making a mark. So for therealMichigan fans this is yet another instance of discretion being the better part of valor.
