Which is why I'm surprised that Big Ten teams haven't figured out how to shut Stauskas down yet--he's a good shooter, but isn't athletic enough to create his own shot. To be honest, I think Michigan's 6-0 Big Ten record is a bunch of smoke and mirrors--four of those six wins have come by single-digit margins, and sooner or later, they will not get the timely bounce, timely shot, etc. Besides, now that McGary is out, their entire team basically consists of an unathletic guy who can shoot (Stauskas), an athletic guy who can't shoot (Hardaway), and a bunch of nobodies. If you guard Stauskas tightly and make Hardaway shoot over you, I don't see how this Michigan team could beat even a decent squad. I wouldn't be surprised to see them go on a significant losing streak at some point in the season.

Yet I would kill to have those smoke and mirrors or a shooter like Stauskas. I'm not downplaying shit with the crap I'm watching at the Schott.

I'd say its a hell of smoke and mirrors routine if they can get Hardaway in on this from New York

More like the dumb get dumber. Dawson out because he reinjured his hand slamming it on a table while watching game film. That's right up there with sneezing and putting yourself on the DL, or missing a playoff game because you put your hand through a glass fire extinguisher display.

You pretty clearly can't follow the conversation, so let me help you. I said "The lucky get luckier," in response to a post about Dawson and Payne being out against UM. You, predictably, chose to respond to that with the blanket statement of, "More like the dumb get dumber," while referencing only Dawson and ignoring Payne. I responded that Payne is more what I was referring to when I said, "The lucky get luckier," as his absence is way more beneficial to UM, given how weak Morgan is on the inside. So, which are you saying--that Payne is dumb for having a sprained foot, or are you in agreement that UM is lucky to be playing MSU with Payne likely on the bench?

Actually, you're the one who started this, by saying "More like the dumb get dumber" in response to my original post. Problem is, in your zeal to rip MSU, you (of course) didn't realize that your "dumb get dumber" blanket statement shouldn't be made in reference to Payne's injury. And when someone has the audacity to point out your error, you (predictably) play the victim card...again. :tibor:

In sum, (1) you troll the thread by responding to post, (2) you make an error when trolling the thread, (3) someone points out that error, and (4) you play the victim card. Typical Mike. :lol:
