2013-14 Bowl Games Open Thread

They're exceptionally mediocre, but I wouldn't go that far..

- 2010 UCONN
- 2007 Illinois
- 2004 Pitt
- 1998 Syracuse

I think this choklahoma team would beat all of them, Pitt and UCONN by a comfortable margin even.

I said "one of the worst" and you could only name 4 worse

Apparently you were right. It's a different story when they complete passes.

Disagree. The B1G is definitely inferior to the S-E-C Conference in its on-field product, but we're no worse than any other conference. And from a revenue perspective, we are way on top, which allows B1G to support a breadth of non-revenue sports that the S-E-C can only dream about. Add to that the fact that the B1G is the top basketball conference and I'm pretty happy with where we are.

Doesn't mean, of course, that I don't want the conference to improve our football product, but more than that I want the Buckeyes to beat the living snot out of the next S-E-C team we play.
Ummm, yeah the conference is financially sound. But that sound status is not even remotely reflected in the on field product. It sucks.
