I've seen Kimmel do some funny things--he had some good bits during the Leno/Conan thing. (Obviously, I haven't watched in a while.)

I was thinking this myself. The field goal really did nothing for them, they needed one TD regardless with 2 or less possible possessions left, and knowing that Dantonio was going to run time off the clock on the ensuing possession it didn't bode well for a Stanford offense that runs first, second, and third down many times. I was laughing when Stanford decided to run up the middle on 3rd and short, and then again on 4th and short. Against most teams they probably pick up the 1st, but not against the Sparty defense and the way they were playing. It reminded me of the Stanford game against the Irish last season. They should have gone with a play action or boot leg on one of those possessions. Big win for Sparty, the right team won tonight. Great to see Dantonio get a big win too.

Spielman is so much better than herbie. Just seems to be a lot more insightful about the game... makes herbie look like the "casual fan's" commentator

Spiels has substance, both as a football analyst and as a man.
Herbie is just a vapid, plastic pretty boy who regurgitates cliches and I don't think ESPN Ken is that much of a departure from Nashville Ken.

How have the Baylor coaches not started laying into their defensive players to not grab jerseys on the receivers? All these PI calls have been stupid mistakes by the players.
