2013-14 Bowl Games Open Thread

ESPN narrative is already shifting. It sounds like they're starting to be positive about the B1G, but I'm skeptical. I think they're gonna set up the Buckeyes' performance in the Rose Bowl as an all-or-nothing referendum on the B1G.

You guys gotta win BIG for their failure to be complete. Otherwise, they'll be all over you guys and the rest of the B1G like white on rice.

Brent's an old Big Ten guy, and he used to be pretty positive towards the conference before the split with espn, so I think he slips up sometimes and speaks honestly. I don't think it means any change in the espn agenda (vendetta) though, and I'm sure some VP or producer will have a word with him about straying from the script.

Nobody has to have that word with Frosty. Frosty stays 100% on script because he knows that without his espn gig, he'll be taking mid-day calls from SEC/NASCAR/Rasslin fans left of the dial on some Nashville AM station.
