Scout.com: Demar Dorsey Profile

Looks like he'll fit right in. :banger:

Yep, he sure will...

He can get caught turning the wrong way, has trouble getting off blocks, and is sloppy in his tackling form

Read on ESPN that Dick Rod is going to have Dorsey play CB and not safety.
Given Dorsey's supposed "weaknesses" and their current coaching staff's history "developing DBs, that cackling you hear is me...all the way from the front range...

amidst a flurry of pissing matches, there was this interesting post about henry & pacman. Personally, I found the henry part more intriguing, gives you (alleged) insight beyond the headaches to the guy acting out.

Scout.com: Serious questions for board about Pacman Jones, Chris Henry.....
I lived in the dorms with Henry, he was quiet, never really any trouble....liked his weed, but that was about it. Things didn't get out of hand with him until he became a star in Morgantown. He was definitely in trouble before coming to WVU though too...so it really wasn't surprising to see him go off from time to time like at the RU game. He was very impressionable. If he was with a model citizen, that's what he would be...if he was with a car thief, that's what Henry was for the night. Just his personality.

Pacman does not work for this discussion. He was nothing but trouble at WVU...the stories those of us could tell about him and his time in Morgantown...well they are bad. The coaching staff swept EVERYTHING under the rug with him. The pool cue incident wasn't the first and it sure as hell wasn't the last. The guy is a thug and deserves everything he got.

I really don't have a problem with coaches taking a chance on these kids and don't think you guys should either. As long as the coach makes it clear that one wrong move and you are gone...like with Feagin. IF you show that you won't tolerate those types of problems IMO, when you get those kids, they will behave.

Just my $.02

Michigan recruit Dorsey reportedly charged with two felonies in 2008 - Sporting News staff reports - College Football - Sporting News

Michigan recruit Demar Dorsey was charged, but not convicted, with two felonies a month apart in Florida's Broward County in 2008, the Detroit Free Press reports a day after the defensive back committed to play for the Wolverines.

Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez, at his press conference to discuss his recruiting class, defended the signing of Dorsey, saying his program looked into the recruit's background and was comfortable having him on the team.
