2010 TSUN News (in-season)

Shocking development:

Another BP prediction possibly coming to fruition. A number of folks here said his best bet was on the OL...in fact, I think it was either Wes or LJB that said that was where his best fit was. If this happens, that's a blow to their DT depth where they're already thin. Granted, Campbell has done nothing, but it's one less body there. Another recruit snake oiled?

Maybe we should stop telling them how to run that team up there, eh? :paranoid:

A look at the depth at DT:

SR- 285 lb. Banks - medicore. final season.
SR- 289 lb. Sagesse - mediocre. final season.
JR - 299 lb. Martin - first round talent. Loves um but does he go pro?
FR- 248 lb. Talbott
FR- 325 lb. Ash

The rest? Campbell and walk-ons.

No noticeable DT prospects high on Michigan in the 2011 class.

Good thing they slowplayed Hankins.

The defense could become worse for a fourth straight year in 2011 even with Martin staying. With Demens taking this long to unseat Ezeh- and merely being mediocre instead of abysmal- it does not bode well for their chances of replacing Mouton.

If Martin decides to leave, it could become even uglier, forcing them to start two redshirt freshmen, both which have had major size issues to tackle before they can play (independent of whether they are good enough)

It takes real effort (or total incompetence) to fuck themselves as badly as they have on defense....
Somebody said, in the thread about what Michigan players we'd take to start on either side of the ball, that they would take our entire starting offense and use them for defense. When I was done laughing I realized it's probably true.

Is Black a DT, or am I thinking of his IU brother Larry?

Not to mentioned he inherited these guys as recruits or one fall into their careers at um:

Vs

3 DT Campbell (who verballed to Lloyd). Ash. Talbott.
