I could be way off but wasn't Guiton offered by many early and then he decided to "wait it out" only for those offers to be filled up? Am I incorrect in this?

Lakeland(FL) ATH Jared Haggins is closing in on a decision and could announce as early as Friday. The final four for the 6'0" QB/DB prospect are USF, Ohio State, FSU, and Louisville. South Florida and Louisville are recruiting him at QB, FSU at ATH, and OSU at DB. I'm fairly confident he'll choose FSU, but USF could be a dark horse.
