I haven't seen him name a leader. Top 3? Yes. Leader? No.

Ok, you're probably right. But if we're in his top 3, shouldn't that warrant us being rated High and not Medium? I know this is the authors opinion, but it seems if the kid dwindled his list to 3 schools, those 3 have a pretty high chance of getting him

I agree with you there

let the best man win...i feel bad somewhat for sabino that he had a lot of time to secure the starting job but if sweat is the man the coaches want to start then he is the one that we need to start...i think sabino will get plenty of PT this year so i hope he stays committed and focused for when they call his number

They are both going to play alot. Good situation to have. It's a long season.

It's very interesting because from what I've heard until recently it was Sabino who looked to lay claim to the third LB role. Bino seems like the type of kid who is waiting for that click to go off in his head to start tapping into his very high potential. Streaky players often need minutes repetitively to really start cooking with grease...maybe the coaches feel like they don't have that time to waste.

In any case, Sweat has always been a good player and will be this season should he indeed take the job. I expect it to be a battle all year long, with the depth chart changing week to week based on which guy plays better.

Keep in mind that both of them have been here as long as the other.
