After watching duck beat Usc I started telling everyone to watch laMichael James. I'm utterly stunned at how we shut their running game down.

I'm thrilled to beat the team that crushed USC.
I'm thrilled we beat Penn State and they beat LSU!
Same for Wiscy.

Posey will be awesome-r next year!

The 2 defensive stops while the game was 19-17 were gigantic, huge, colossal, etc....

The late TD also helped boost our image as an offense, and forced duck to play with more desperation.

Damn proud to be a buckeye!!!!!!

No respect for the Ohio State defense since the match up was set.

Everything about keeping up with the Oregon offense.

The D shut their asses down tonight. No questions asked. Oregon was shut the fuck out!!

Great win and a great way to spring board into 2010!!!

I think it deserves to be said again.. all year Ohio State averaged to give up 262.5 yards per game.

Today, against a team that was averaging 424.7 yards per game... the Bucks gave up 260. They not only held Oregon below their season average, they held him below the defense's average for the season.

TP and the offense played well, but hats off to Heacock, Fickell, and the rest of the defensive brain trust for a brilliant gameplan and to the "no-name" defense for executing it excellently.

Who the heck imagined Oregon would be held to 17 points. The guys talking before the game pretty much laughed at the idea of ohio state holding them under 20....Gotta admit....I did too. Blount was Shut Down. Theyre passing game was Shut Down.

I've been hard on OSU for theyre passing defense in the past, and the coaching as well, tonight they all played the game of theyre lives. Hard fought and well deserved for the players and coaches alike. WTG Guys!

Wisconsin - Beat one of the best in ACC (Miami)
Penn St. - Beat one of the best in SEC (LSU)
Ohio St. - Beat the Pac-10 Champ (Oregon)

Northwestern - Took everything Auburn had to survive with the win.

Who said the Big Ten couldnt compete?
