We were too cocky--but we can't help ourselves. We spend most of our pre-game preparation trying to figure out what gawd awful uniform combination we can come up with. Can't read our names on our jerseys? That is your problem--you should know who we are! Quack.

:slappy: But he's right.

We don't, I firmly believe that talk has ended. We are back, be ready college football, be ready.
I've already had people talking about how Masoli and Oregon weren't really that good. (Granted these same people mentioned Oregon's offense would be too much for OSU)

So, how long before we see the obligatory "Ohio State got lucky" and "Oregon was overrated" and "Ohio State still hasn't won a big game" articles from the national media?

Don't they already have that written? But it's going to be "PAC10 weak" now. They can't say OSU lucky because that was a dominating game. Just need TX to completely dominate AL - the bandwagon will get derailed and they're going to talk about how there's no dominating team/conference this year.

Just wanted to login and say, if anyone has rep to give, you need to track down a post by the Rose Bowl game's MVP, my wife and BP member, bucks4me, and give rep to her.

So she just popped a baby out 5-days ago, came home from the hospital 3-days ago, and what does she do? Fixes dinner for 2 kids, feeds the 5-day old daughter twice, gets two kids a bath, does the dishes, three loads of laundry, and runs to the gas station for cigarettes, all so I could sit in the recliner and drink beer.

Now if you'll all excuse me, I've got to go kiss her ass A LOT.

It's probably just a matter of time, but I for one, couldn't care less.

This was a solid, solid win for this team and this program. No fluke plays, no fluke penalties, just solid play by both teams, and a great chess match between Jim Heacock and Oregon's offensive coordinator. We didn't shoot ourselves in the foot with countless mental errors and penalties, which had become somewhat of a recurring theme in past BCS games.

As someone mentioned above, hopefully this game was a preview of the 2010/2011 BCS National Championship game. I think both OSU and Oregon will have very strong teams next season.

Congrats to the Ducks on a great season. Your team played strong, and your fans should be proud. Hopefully, next year your program can take that next step and earn a spot to the National Title game.

Go Bucks!!:oh:
