Cal goes down for a third time 3-2. Cal was up 1-0 until the bottom of the 8th inning when ASU finally got on the scoreboard with a pair of runs to take the lead. ASU gave up the lead in the top of the 9th and went into the bottom of the 9th tied at 2-2. ASU's first two hitters got out and then ended up with a single, stolen base and a base hit to score the winning run. Awesome game and the pitchers for both teams were fantastic. ASU 23-0 - holla!

ASU beats Oregon at Oregon 1-0. Both pitchers were on their game, but unfortunately for the Oregon pitcher, he gave up a home run. Oregon's pitcher went a full game and that must suck to take that loss. ASU is now 24-0 on the season and play Oregon again tomorrow at 7pm PT.

ASU suffers first loss of season to Oregon 5-6 in 12 innings.

Game had 3 weather delays, rain, hail, snow and high wind.

About 9 errors committed in shitty conditions.

ASU looking for series victoryi today at 1pm PT in more shitty weather.

ASU to take on the San Diego Toreros in a 2 game mid-week series in Tempe today and tomorrow.

San Diego is a #51 RPI team and just got a nice series win against Coastal Carolina last weekend. ASU should take both games, but San Diego is no pushover and ASU will have to play great baseball to win both games.

San Diego has a .298 batting average and a 4.50 team ERA
ASU has a .343 batting average and a 2.67 team ERA.

I'm hoping to attend one of these two games.

Yeah - idiots. ASU happened to win another game tonight 15-0 over San Diego. 26-1. In a string of 7 batters faced, one San Diego pitcher beaned 4 of the 7 batters. I think San Diego beaned 6 or 7 ASU batters through out the game. Game 2 tomorrow at 5pm pacific time. All you college baseball fans can follow the game on Game Tracker!!!!!!!

USC was getting pummeled in game 3 and in the 8th inning, the USC head coach had his new pitcher throw at the head of our lead-off batter. ASU's head coach ran over to the USC dugout and so did ASU's assistant coach and started screaming at USC's coaches and they almost started throwing blows and a few coaches were ejected.

What happened to the powerhouse USC baseball???
