2010-2011 Lady Buckeyes Basketball (Big Ten Tournament Champions)

I think the seed is about right, in the sense that MSU is also a 4. Hard to put us too far below after beating them three times. Frankly, this is about as good a draw as we could hope...no UConn, no Baylor.

Other thoughts:
Georgia Tech will have a hostile crowd playing an underdog BGSU in Columbus.
Tennesee will always be tough, but can't ask for much more than playing them in Dayton if we make the sweet 16.

Listing to the talking heads last night, Georgia Tech will be a very tough game for the Buckeyes and I don't even want to think about will happen if they get past the Yellow Jackets.

Also, in the paper yesterday, there was an article about Foster and he wanted a #3 seed very badly advised that his team was worthy of one.

It's the tournament. If you can't handle it go back to class.

For some reason I feel more confident in this thus far under-achieving group than teams of the past few years.

Well, as long as Sammy P. can stay under control you might be correct but I think that she is more of a factor in games, to a certain extent, then Lavender.

Girls back at it in the round of 32 at St. John Arena versus Georgia Tech (and leading 12-8, early).

Let's get both of our teams in the sweet 16. :oh:

This game isn't televised in Columbus?

It's on ESPN2 regionally. I'm not in Columbus but I can't imagine it not being on there. I'm in eastern Ohio.

The girls are playing rough. GT's strategy appears to be knock Sammy around and piss her off. A Tech player just got popped in the mouth.

20-16, Bucks

Bullshit! The Tech player elbows Lavender in the face - a good elbow, too - and they call fouls on both players? :pissed:

Official review...and they give technicals to both players. :roll2:
