The millers, grant, rock... or another kid who grew up a um fan: depriest.
I also was more impressed with eric Robinson at camp. brown looked alright in cbus, not great, and certainly not elite. Lots of time to go, though.
I haven't heard much talk for the past year about Brown's greatness, or really much at all, besides on um sites. Its a sharp contrast to the talk for Turner, who was just as heavy of a um lean. They just didn't call him for like 4 months after taking the job. Once they did, it was over.
He got 5-star talk after his senior year. He got 'one of the top juniors in ohio' talk around this time.It seemed like Turner was getting a lot of love, especially from the scouting services, after his senior year. Obviously, there is a ton of time for this kid, he's still got 2 more seasons in HS.
True, the physical maturation alone makes any rankings a bit suspect.Which, it should be that way. No way should scouting services be drooling over 14 and 15 year-old kids.
Scout $Chelsea High School's Nick Hill going to Michigan State

...
Hill is 5 feet, 7 inches and 175 pounds but that didn't sway the Spartans from offering him a scholarship. After all, he rushed for 2,090 yards and 24 touchdowns in an injury-plagued season last year and has 4,700 yards for his three-year career.
He is considered one of the prime recruits in the state's class of 2010 and rivals.com ranks him as the No. 10 all-purpose back in the nation.

By Allen Trieu... the UM camp solidified his future at WR once he enrolls. His position coach verified that.
Jerald was a WR who some felt would move to safety, particularly with the billion WRs & slots they have taken lately.
At some point there has to be a limit... unless everyone transfers out early that doesn't play, the scholarship imbalance would catch up with them. Perhaps this is an example of them slowing down on O.Good luck to the kid. I, for one, was hoping he'd hold out for that UM offer. I would have liked to see UM take him near the end of the recruiting season to fill the class. I think he's a kid worth taking a shot on. Unfortunately, it looks like RR already has those types committed this year.
It had him at 184. I'd put him at about 160-165.Exactly. Brown was initially listed at 150 lbs on Scout, but the recent article on espn has him listed at 180.
Greg Brown is the perfect chemical balance between Greg Mathews and Stevie Brown.
Does that mean he would get open on himself on every route?
Get him and then turn our attention to the class of 2013 where Kiffin is kicking our asses.

Rumor Mill: Michigan to play Georgia in 2010 home opener?
By ryan kartje, written on Jul. 1, 2009
Michigan may have found its suitor for the 2010 opening game. And it sure would beat the pants out of another matchup with a Delaware State-caliber team.
Some sources tell me that the Athletic Department is looking into a home game against the University of Georgia in 2010, one that would also bring the Wolverines to Athens in 2011.
Adam Rittenberg from ESPN, along with Brian Cook from MGoBlog both thought the Wolverines should look into a series with Boise State, but a matchup with a marquee SEC opponent could be exactly what it takes to sell out the newfound 2010 luxury boxes faster than a Denard Robinson 100-m time.
Of course, this news is just a rumor for now, and is far from being seriously considered. So approach with caution. But if the Wolverines do welcome Mark Richt’s Bulldogs, we’ll have something to talk about.
It appears that UGA gave up their cushy OOC locations last season. About time.Radio station in Atlanta is reporting a home and home with Michigan begining next season... Any word up there???
