They felt good about their chances with him having the Tater connection and all. Some on their board say he was Richie's #1 guy.

Many of them just assumed that because he was Forciers good friend and teammate we were going to get him, but early on Clay said he wanted to stay on the West Coast which lead me to believe that he was going to Oregon. Out of nowhere today he committed to Oklahoma a school he hasnt even visted yet, IMO his recruitment is far from over.

Just to let goblue15 in on the joke, Bam Childress was "Mr. April." I think he collected eight or nine Spring Game MVPs in his time here. But put him on a field during a real game against a different team and he didn't know where to run, who to block, or anything.

Went on to the NFL, where he's been Mr. All-Practice for the Patriots for like five years in a row now, too.

Good player. Good kid. Just didn't have it.

What Odoms, Robinson, Roundtree, Feagin, Gallon, Jones, Kel. Grady, Stokes, Dileo, Drake aren't enough for you? Just think, if QB doesn't work out, Denard will move there.

That's a lot of schollies for one position, particularly one where it seems only 1 plays at a time.
