There will also be players that just don't fit, which is why you see so many transfers every year from a lot of schools.

I don't see the number of defections at OSU as I've seen at UM since RR rode into town. Nor have I seen anyone at OSU complaining about a lack of family values. But go ahead and keep believing that what is going on at UM is going on at every other D-I program.

And has any fanbase ever put more weight on the S&C part of their program? Seriously, part of elite recruiting is bringing in studs who are already pretty strong and fast and conditioned, I just don't see the S&C factor being as fundamental as talent and gameplanning and execution.
