Get your DVR's ready.....

Tonight on Sportstime Ohio: Steubenville Vs. Cardinal Mooney
Tomorrow: Glenville Vs. Massillon

Personally, tonight's game is the one I'm most pumped for. Should be a classic, can't wait!

I don't suppose any of these games are going to be streamed online anywhere? I'd really love to see both of these games.

I've attended a few Mooney-Big Red battles over the years but this time I've staying warm and watching in HD. Don't really have a rooting interest as both teams have beaten my school like drum on several occasions.

Mooney running at will now. Unless they can force some turnovers it looks like Big Red is going to be overpowered by the Cardinals.

Mooney leads 38-7 and the rout is on...

Braylon Heard sure looked amazing. Almost 300 rushing yards and I stopped watching with 3 mins left in the 3rd. He's got some good speed out there and is going to be a heckuva fit at WVU.
i never question the coaches at The Ohio State but i am from the youngstown area and watch alot of football and i think this is the best running back since MoC and he is going to WV as a DB. I know we have good running backs and other ones coming in but i wish we would have gave this kid a look at something. like i said i have faith in the coaches but i think this is one of the best players in this area for some time, and this is Simon's school and the same area where Turner is from. we have had Fitzgerald Tousaint (to tsun) Delbert Ferguson and a few others. but this kid has a real nice burst off the snap that i think WV is getting a real good one.

Winton Woods is a machine. Mooney DeSales should be pretty great, but I thought Mooney Steubenville would be great. Coldwater Ursuline should also be pretty awesome.

Yeah, as much as I hope Maple Hts. wins, Winton Woods is just as hot as it gets in the whole state, right up there with Mooney.

Ursuline has been peaking at just the right time, but Coldwater is about as veteran a team as there is, can't be tested much more than they have.

Glenville should get past Massillon, of course last week I thought they'd get by Solon easily and that was proved horribly wrong.

Massillon vs Glenville is an entertaining game thus far. 17-10 at the end of the 1st half. Glenville started slow but then in the 2nd quarter the big play ability took over and it wasn't Latwan, Christian, or Shane for them. Cardale has looked good and bad at times. Had some nice throws, and certainly throws with some zip. Shown great running ability as well, and he reminds me Pryor where he doesn't look like he's running fast but he's so long that he just chews up yards with his strides. Unfortunately, his field awareness while running reminds me of Pryor some too as he had a long run where he coulda got another 20yards easily but he stepped out of bounds with no one on him. He's thrown behind a few receivers at times as well. Massillon is playing TOUGH though, buncha scrappy kids. Bo Grunder(think?) has been lights out for Massillon on both sides of the ball. He's had some very big stops defensively on Foster, Anderson, and Bryant. He's broken up a couple passes with big hits. He's got the sole Tiger TD on about a 25yard TD catch over the middle in traffic where he made a great adjustment. He also had a ridiculous catch where he was laying on the ground on his side and the ball was going over him and he plucked it out of the air with his elbows on the ground lol.

I think for Massillon to stay in this game they're going to have to go back to the inside power running game that served them well at the end of the 1st quarter. They were able to move the ball and chew up some clock. That's what opened up some play action passing for them, and it also keeps the high octane Tarblooder offense off the field. Massillon can't win a shootout vs Glenville so i'd say that's their best chance for success.
