2009 British Open at Turnberry

Watson with the big comeback today....LOVE it. As for Tiger, I actually like seeing it when he makes the cut on the number and then see how high he can go from there...looks like he's got nothing today though.

Meh, I'm not too excited about Tiger not making the cut.

He's the top reason I watch golf. Not the only reason, but he's a big draw for me.

+6 with 2 more holes to play, 17 can be Eagled, but Tiger didn't play his first shot off too well.

+5 with 1 to play.

Gotta birdie it.

Thought, maybe, maybe, he can get some help with the cut line.

edit- nevermind, highly unlikely. Looks like most players at +4 have finished up. Top 70 and all those tied at that position go through.

to the point where you can't even watch if he's not in it? seems kind of lazy to me.
Not stop watching completely, but I'm not a huge golf fan to begin with. I watch the 4 majors. Other than that, I'll maybe "follow" about 4 other tournaments throughout the year (keep up with scores, maybe a few hours of coverage, and then watch most of the final round). Like I said, Tiger is the main draw for me. Not the only one, but the main one. He's the best and I like watching him in contention. Just like if one of my favorite teams is out of contention, I'll care less about the sport.

Not sure how that makes me "lazy" though. It's watching golf we're talking about here. :)
