Others who want to join are still welcome - there will be no cut-off on the number of pollsters.

So far, it seems that most people who have expressed an opinion on the matter like the top-25 format, so we'll stick with that number.

As far as ballot format, no one has really expressed an opinion. I think that the easiest way to submit ballots is by PM, which means that we won't be using the XL ballots this season (which had to be submitted by email). If anyone really wants to use the old ballots, then please let me know.

You know what? Your right, it's our poll, we can vote however we want.

Put my single weekly vote down as a default: "121. scUM" until further notice. If I learn the name of other DII schools I may drop them lower.

Pre-season ballots should be submitted by September 1st.

Weekly ballots should be submitted by noon on Monday ... unless there is a rare Monday night game, in which case by Tuesday at noon.
