Great pickup for Green Bay. Personally, I'm shocked he lasted this long after an unbelievable showing at the Senior Bowl. Before the week was over, he already had my vote for top lineman on either side of the ball in his class. He showcased his rare blend of sie, burst and agility, and manhandled elite center Max Unger frequently (once driving him into the ground).

Orakpo is a relentless pass-rusher with above-average athletic ability. However, he is far from a complete player. He lacks prototypical size and has problems holding his ground against the run. Scouts are concerned with his ability to handle bigger tackles and tight ends, especially at the next level. By opting out of the Senior Bowl competitions, Brian missed out on an opportunity to erase such doubts. Still a quality pickup here, two spots ahead of my projection.

This marks my 4th projected pick. The Broncos needed to beef up their run defense after finishing 30th in the NFL in 2007 and 27th in 2008. Maualuga plays out of control at times, but there isn't a linebacker in the 2009 class with a better size-speed combo, and he loves setting the tone physically, as seen above. :slappy:

Oh if Erin didn't make us sign that confidentiality agreement...
