But, surprisingly enough, he actually did pick Oklahoma to lose 4 games because of their inexperienced offensive line. Something that very few have taken into account. I actually agree with him there, and could see Oklahoma losing 3 or 4 games this season, before I could see Texas losing that many.DaddyBigBucks;1512466; said:...and Andre Ware. He has them in his Top 5.
Considering his history as a player, it's not surprising that he doesn't look at the defensive side of the ball when making picks.

ESPN.com said:Johnson to start at QB in Aggies' opener
Texas A&M coach Mike Sherman has settled on Jerrod Johnson as his starting quarterback for the Aggies' Sept. 5 opener against New Mexico.
Sherman's decision is not unexpected, considering he has repeatedly said that converted wide receiver Ryan Tannehill needed to decisively outplay Johnson to win the job.
"The way it all finished up, we have two No. 1s that I'm very excited about," Sherman told reporters after practice on Monday. "I believe in both of our quarterbacks and am equally happy with both. But the nod will go to Jerrod as our starter for the first ballgame and we'll go from there."

Oklahoma State All-America wide receiver Dez Bryant has been ruled ineligible because of a violation of an NCAA rule, according to a press release from the school.
OSU has begun the process of applying to the NCAA on his behalf for reinstatement, according to the school.
Bryant posted this message on his Facebook page: "This is why I'm suspended.....I went to Deion sanders house ....and the NCAA found out.....they ask me if I been to his house I told them no...I thought it was a violation...but it wasn't... so I told them I went to his house... I lied to ...them and I shouldn't have....and I'm not suspended for the rest of the season....I'm sorry osu!!"
BB73;1560135; said:Apparently the story of how MoC got suspended for 2003 didn't make it to Oklahoma St. Which is odd, considering the game broadcast of the 2004 Alamo Bowl between both of these OSUs.

I don't think it'll hurt him in the draft one bit. There's enough on film from him to be taken high in the draft - even with Matt Millen not in control of a team.

Well I was just thinking of Mike Williams and the like...he may fall a few slots.
jlb1705;1560508; said:Mike Williams sat out a full year though, and didn't he get fat or something? I think Bryant will be OK. I hope he can put it behind him like Cris Carter and have a great career in the League.
