And here I thought, with our 7 national championships and 7 Heisman trophies, that we played at a little football at Ohio State...

Scout.com: Recruiting

:slappy::slappy:
That kind of crap is exactly why, conference strength be damned, few things give me more joy than watching those overrated shitfucks lose. Guess what, if one of the two of us should be left out of that discussion, it's your perpetually overrated, 1/2 title since the Truman administration having asses.

This quote was nice too:

Scout.com: 6 W's: Highly Improbable

Counting wins against Big-10 Teams with winning records the day after you lost to Toledo... nice.
Delusion springs eternal.

Attention UM fans:

The entire MAC shares a single weight room in Ft. Wayne. They take turns busing up there for either a morning or afternoon session once a week.

All I heard all summer was that the UM S&C coach alone could turn 150 lbs of tofu into an All American Linebacker.

You lost to Toledo. TOLEDO. A MEDIOCRE Toledo.

You really don't get it yet, do you?

The last time Toledo had a winning record in a season when they played a Big Ten team they lost to 7-5 Minnesota 61-21. That is what you do to Toledo if you are in the Big Ten. That is what you do to a decent Toledo.

UM starts 5 seniors and 4 juniors on D. All quality recruits. You don't run a frikin' spread D. RR did not invent a new frickin' D. Quit hiding behind your offensive transition.

Sure, Toledo did not score an Offensive TD - but they did rack up 327 yards of total offense. And you lost.

It's TOLEDO!!!! It's the MAC!!!

You are, er... used to be ..... Michigan.

You suck. You may be good next year or the year after that. But right now you capital S-U-C-K suck.

Your offense sucks. Your defense sucks. Even your special teams suck.

And most of all your coaching sucks.

And that line of folks waiting to do an interview with Barwis - you can go straight to the front right now.

Barwisssssssssss.....

(That is the sound of air escaping.)
It's weird, you don't see the nonstop Barwis references in every thread over there anymore. They still pop up from time-to-time, but I guess once you get overmatched by NoD, destroyed in the 2nd half vs. Illinois (wasn't that expected to be the Barwis effect? No more 2nd half collapses?) and beaten at home by a bottom-feeding MAC team, the hype tends to subside.

I was saying earlier this week when HTM said they would not lose to Toledo that I thought it was a very real possibility...should've proposed a sig bet. :2004:

Why do I get the feeling that PSU will find a way to make the game way closer than it should be? Maybe it's the fact Michigan has beat them nine straight times...

I think +24 on Michigan is pretty tempting....they might get PSU to play to their level...at least within 24 points

Penn State -24.0 Opening line...

That's it? Really?

The past 2 seasons have been strange indeed. I certainly am not shaking pom poms for UM, but it would not surprise me one bit to see UM come out of Happy Valley with a win. Stanford last season along with all of the other locks the past 2 seasons convinces me that when you least expect it, expect it.

Yeah, but this ain't that same old m*ch*g*n...then again, it is State Penn, so who knows. I just really hope the Nits absolutely humiliate them. I mean like 63-3 humiliate them.

I heard this rumor that RichRod might be an ass?

It's true. And that 'L' to Toledo yesterday can be considered a 'signature' loss. :tongue2:

One guy from Toledo caught 20 passes yesterday. You'd think that after 15 or 16 somebody might realize that he should get some coverage.

Yeah well, RR isn't known for his defensive schemes. I have an exclusive video of the defensive meetings that occur after each game.

Have you ever heard of Morgan  Trent?...he plays in the UM secondary....

Hey, don't make fun of UM's secondary. Trent is the fastest guy ever, and also the best DB ever. Just because he's had a handful of off games every half-season he's ever played doesn't mean he isn't really good.

UM has the best CB tandem in the country.
