Don't even [censored]ing try to compare Jordan Whiting to any LB'er you have recruited in the last 2 recruiting season. That kid is a monster. He deadlifted 560+ LBS as a junior in H.S!!! He should be a top 100 player on every bodies list and I would love to see the other 12-13 MLB'ers that they have listed above him. A kid with his size, speed, and raw power is rare.

Oh yeah linebackers that are 6'0" 230 and run 4.7s are SO rare. Those are some impressive deadlift numbers, but you're not really trying to tell me that he's the top LB because of his deadlift, are you? Next thing you know you're gonna try to tell me John Simon is a better DT than Will Campbell because he's stronger than him.

Storm Klein will likely top out closer to 6'3" 245. Whiting is 6' but absolutely stacked, same with bell.

Hawthorne does not compare to any of them. He is a more of a rover or S/LB hybrid, as you said yourself. He compares more to Frankie telfort.

bell will likely grow into a wln, but isn't enormous either.

Anyways, as far as I know, there are only two players on official visits this weekend at UM. QB Tate Forcier and DE Craig Roh, both of whom happen to play positions that are huge needs in this class. Hope we can get at least one commit out of the weekend (TF being the much more likely choice)

I'm still under the suspicion that he committed a long time ago, quietly.

Forcier is huge not only from a position need standpoint, but also for um's recruiting. If they start Sheridan this year, and sher./shav. They may struggle to pass for two straight years, which will feed into negative recruiting.

Enough on that. Time for osu!
