He didn't have any D1 offers, so when Pitt offered him, he jumped all over it. Mark Wedderburn is the top TE in the state and he is a PSU lock, probably why you don't see his name in the top 10.
If anyone honestly thinks that there are 26 better players than David Posluszny in PA, they're crazy.
