I doubt it.

And even if they do, he'll be somewhere near the bottom, probably below 15 or so other offensive lineman.

And I think Terrelle Pryor will be the first guy to lose the #1 spot after being named "Junior of the Year". He blew off their Nike camp, and now they're slurping EJ Manuel, another qb who did show up.

As for the list, I would have Patrick Johnson much higher, like a top 15 player in the country.

I would for sure have Adams above Tyler Love, I like Good as well, but I would have Adams above him as well...I would also have him ahead of Rudolph and anyone in Ohio with a brain has him above him as well...

Not a knock on any of these guys...I think that Rudolph is the top TE in the country, and I think that Good and Love are two very good lineman, but Adams is such a player that he has to be up there...

I also think that having Nix as a 5 star might be a little high...

There are only 27 players who will be 5-stars so unless Adams jumped ahead of guys like Good and Love (which I highly doubt), there is no way he will be a 5-star. I think they probably find a spot for either him or Posey in the top 100, meaning he will likely be a 4-star.

Adams was in the first Rivals ranking, but dropped out from their second preseason list because, according to Burton, Adams' film was not impressive enough...basically telling the ohio guys that work with/for rivals they didn't know squat about the kid.Adams will not be a 5 star over there...probably ever. I do think he will make a top 100 appearance at some point.

Rivals mistakenly released the next list of 5-stars early on a video (that has now been taken off).

Just got word that Mike will not be a 5-star player (not surprised)... Kyle Rudolph will be the only 5-star from OH, hence Rivals has him as the #1 player in the state...

More of a question for those in the know...how aware are these guys of their rankings? Do they even care?

This could motivate Adams to go out and kick tail this year for Coffman and imagine every DT he is downblocking on is Bobby Burton, aka turdburglar. That is what I'd do...:biggrin:

Are these list a joke...Brown is the best LB in the country and probably a top 5 player...TJ Bryant is also a top 10 player IMO...

Once again more lineman that should not be ahead of Adams...Especiallly Steinkuhler...

Kalil is good and I have no problem with his ranking...

What I did find kinda funny was there is voting going on about whether these guys should be five stars or not, and Good and Johnson were the only two that people truly believed should be five stars out of the first batch...

As for them having Rudolph the number player in the state that is just laughable...Give me Torrence or Adams over him any day of the week and twice on Sundays...

Interesting they show the voting from fans on yesterday's players and the only one people overwhelmingly agree should not be a 5-star player is Lucas Nix.

Another side note: Rivals is absolutely in love with the lineman Nebraska has verbally committed.
