Buffalo is very happy to add the Brohm Bomb to this franchise. It's not very often you can grab a 1st round talent, mid way through the 2nd round. Because of this we felt his talent was too much to pass up. Some Bills fans may be upset with this pick as it doesn't necessarily address a glaring need. We wanted to go WR but we need a tall strong wideout and there just wasn't a player that could fill that role for this draft slot. Buffalo is very happy with our selection but is willing to listen to fair trade offers if another team likes Brohm. If your interested in getting Brohm PM the GM.

Brohm lacks ideal mobility and has experienced some durability issues (thumb and shoulder). Otherwise, he possesses all the tangible and intangible qualities of a top-five draft pick. Brohm possesses prototypical size and good arm strength to go along with outstanding decision-making skills and accuracy as a passer.

Buffalo got tremendous value with this pick... heading into the '07 season, Brohm was a top-5/10 pick, and the number one qb on almost every list, including my own. A mediocre season for Louisville hurt his stock a bit, but some of that was beyond his control. Despite last year, I'll stick with my comparison from last august: polished pure passer in the Jim Kelly mold. Great pickup for the Bills.

The Broncos were in need of an immediate and legitimate upgrade at linebacker, and Connor is instinctive and athletic enough to contribute immediately on the inside or the weak side. The next great linebacker to come out of the poor man's LB U.

Too bad the Broncos picked him then. Todd you are losing it, first claiming Andre Woodson was a good QB and now this.

Once again, tremendous value. In my opinion, NFL GMs are going to be kicking themselves this fall over these two oversights. From talking to scouts and coaches last year at this time, a number liked Connor better than the Butkus-stealing Posluszny. Shanahan's ballclub will be able to deploy this playmaker at a number of positions, and continue the tradition of salty defense at Mile High Stadium.
