Taylor hasn't redshirted yet. Tech is strongly considering it for this year since it's Glennon's senior year.tsteele316;1191048; said:considering taylor would be a junior by the time he gets to campus, it won't be 3 years.
and being the heir apparent to someone that will be gone in two years is a different scenario than the possibility of being the backup to someone in the same class as you.

Emphasis Mgoblog's, which is where I got that. It comes from a Scout article, it's an old quote (two months or so) and it seems to debunk both the "afraid of competition" notion and the "misled" notion."I know they want to take two and they're looking at Tate Forcier, Eugene Smith and some others," he said. "I'm not really worried about that. They told me I was their top guy and I know I have to compete. I just think the school and the football situation fit me right."
yep. a quoted recruiting article is bullet proof information. no mind games are ever played when it comes to recruiting. There's also this, by the way:

And what, so far, has been bulletproof info? The rantings of a coach that's disappointed he didn't pick Coach's favorite school?BuckeyeNation27;1191249; said:yep. a quoted recruiting article is bullet proof information. no mind games are ever played when it comes to recruiting.
