He had 6 seconds to perform a miracle and even then that would have been like a 50+ yard field goal. We were driving before that OPI.

That ending is purely on Day and company for terrible clock management. You can argue the D sucked and whatever but that ending was 100% on the offensive coaching for letting like 20-25 seconds slip by.

And the worst of it all... We kept that TO for absolutely nothing.

One loss does not end the season. There is still a possible rematch with Oregon in the B1G championship game and then a first round bye in the playoffs.

Here we go again with this bullshit. Loss wasn’t on the QB. He actually put the team into position to win. He didn’t cause the team to turn the ball over. Didn’t cause Burke to forget how to cover and tackle. Howard’s actually won some big games. Before making clueless observations, do research. Might be surprised at what at youcan find. Knowles did make Burke turn into the biggest liability that he’s been since he’s been here. Burke plays half as well as he’s been playing and bucks win. Blah blah blah fired Day. Love how the ass monkies come out when there a loss. We lost to the fucking #3 team, on the road, by 1. By god people are fucking jokes.

He's not the reason we lost this game but I think tonight just further showed that we're too talented of an offense to be saddled with such a weak arm at QB. His arm is fucking atrocious past 15 yards. Even those outs across the field on the last drive look like he's throwing a fucking balloon or something. They just hang in the air. He's a great dude, seems to be a good leader but his arm is just the drizzling shits. If the goal for the year is double digit wins, keep him in. If the goal is to win a National Championship, you aren't getting one with a guy who can't throw the ball deep.

The OL play wasn't bad, the discipline there was terrible though, the problem is that again, in 2 or 3 years of Frye we see that very often. Perhaps Frye's seat needs get quite warmer as well. The most disappointing unit though ? It has to be the DLine especially the lack of pass rush by the DEs who was our last elite pass rusher ? Chase ?
