don't understand why ho1tmann didn't call a timeout immediately after carton's layup. could have subbed in liddell for kaleb. saves kaleb from getting a second foul and liddell's a better defender against a transition attempt. instead, kaleb gives up the bunny.

horrible half from kaleb.

I can't disagree with any of that. He'll be getting paid though and will find a niche somewhere and be productive. Thats all these guys have to do. Not everyone is going to be an all timer. Still need role players

I figured we were gonna come out pretty bad in this first half after such a long break and on the road, especially when we had to change our starters. Key will be halftime tweaks and our players locking in and finding their rhythm. The reality seems to be every road game in the B1G is going to be a battle. Will be very curious to see if any B1G team can find some separation this season.

hey I hope nothing more than Kaleb to lead us to a championship and get drafted and be a millionaire. I want the best for him, he is our best player eventho Washington is turning into it slowly. Jay Bilas said yesterday during the UK game Kaleb is one of the best big men on the country. Well prove it Then. If u are what everyone keeps saying u are then do it every night and I hope he will soon. Because we will go as far as he takes us this year. As a fan it’s frustrating to watch someone talented one night get 28 and 13 and Then the next night 8 and 6 u know

3-point defense is kinda like free throw defense. in most games, 3-pointing shooting doesn't have a lot to do with the defense. the team is either on or they're not. sometimes, teams make a bunch of contested 3s. other times, teams miss a bunch of open 3s.

minny has been making contested 3s. let's hope they regress to the mean. they average 34% behind the arc and 62% from the line. they're not great shooters. not sure how they shoot at home versus the road, though.

edit: in minny's 5 home games, 3 at 45%, 1 at 36%, and 1 at 24%.
