I appreciate your creativity, effort, and historical knowledge, but I really am not feeling the vibe of modeling the French as our Buckeyes head into battle. Maybe a refresh of the Battle Hymn of the Republic would be a better choice?

Agreed. Taking bad sacks will be the downfall, were it to happen. Can’t afford the negative plays setting up 2nd/3rd and long situations. The same goes for false starts and holding penalties. This team needs to stay in a positive game script.

I like this but I want to hear the word “hungry” even more. I don’t want a team that just thinks they’ve got it. I want a team that wants it, bad.

I get you, but one can be hungry and confident.

Example: me walking up to a street taco truck and asking how much for the truck. While hungry, I’m sure as fuck confident I can empty that thing after a night of drinking.

You just conjured up a memory from the Big Ten Championship against Whisky. Wife and I were craving pizza... they had a truck outside. We walked up and they told us they just sold the last slice. We were devastated. We walked what felt like 20 miles to eat at Steak N Shake.

Still an awesome night.
