I hear you and agree mostly but I hate when you have a death in your family and people say “have things returned to normal”. If your a lifetime fan big wins and Losses become part of your lifetime of fandom. Everyone handles it differently respect that. Avoid the grieving threads if your over it.So my new years wish is that the Buckeye media and fans (including myself) will just stop now. That it is all out of our collective system.
The game came down to 1 play, our (arguably) best WR isolated on a safety. For the reasons we all know, it didn't work out. That's football and that's life.
Don't be like Penn State and tsun fans, constantly bitching and whining about refs and conspiracy theories. Don't be like Penn State fans and send Olave hate mail or deride his hair/tats/skin color.
Help the kid, and the rest of the team, pick themselves up off the deck and go back at the CFB world harder next year. Go to more games if you can, root harder and louder (if possible).
We've had a few days to vent. Time to act like men and move forward.
