It's insane how the small intagibles matter in hockey. Smarts, Grit, Roleplayers, and Matchups are all being owned by Philly.

I believe Philly has as many (if not more) shorthanded goals as Pittsburgh has powerplay goals. That alone should tell you that Philly is just out working pittsburgh right now. I still believe Malkin/Crosby are the 1 & 2 best players on the Ice but Philly may have numbers 3-8.

Whatever has happened to Pittsburghs defense and goaltending down the stretch needs to be addressed after game 4 on wednesday. I say after Wednesday because there's no shot in hell we are pulling 1 game out let alone 4. Can we get some size already for some players? Adams/Cooke/Sullivan/Kennedy/Dupuis/Crosby/Kunitz/Park/Martin/Letang all have to be 200lbs or less and getting pushed around.

One other thing my god has Fleury just melted the last two weeks. The only player that was worth a damn tonight was James Neal who played physical, got in high traffic areas, and really took it to some of philly's players for running around.

At this point I think the Penguins have lost the mind battle to the Flyers. There is no way they go into game four with any confidence, especially with those nutty Flyers fans riding them all game. Pittsburgh is playing sloppy and out of control with the exception of a few players.

Today was a travesty, all three goalies were letting in soft goals and Sidney Crosby took the widely accepted thought that professional hockey players are tough as nails and flushed that down the toilet with all that BS instigating and no follow through. I hope his boyfriend kicks him square in the giblets when he gets to the hotel tonight.

I have honestly never gotten on the hate Crosby bandwagon. His talent and will to win always impressed me enough to chalk up people's hatred as sour grapes.

After today I can only say I was wrong.

They haven't created very many pro wrestling bad guys as easy to hate as Crosby.

What a fucking bitch.
