Of the items I have not tried, only Absinthe, Bird's Nest Soup, and Kangaroo appeal to me.

I will probably never try Durian as those I know who have tried it got very ill afterward. (Plus they said it tastes like dirty socks. No thank you.)

I will have to look up some of the others because I never heard of them before.
