So shitty hands, good hips, and someone who would rather hit than get hit.A 6'4" corner is a 6'4" guy who couldn't cut it at WR.
I really wish I was independently wealthy so I could fly out and watch this game at their "loud" place.
They also gave up 3 sacks to Colorado State. The buckeye huddle guys pointed this out today and that’s for sure the weak link in the offense. Which that’s not where you want to be weak. They also have a true freshman 17 year old left guard starting FYI.It is the hardest defensive challenge we have had, on paper. But it's really hard to tell how good Washington really is. Ohio is significantly better than anyone Washington has played to put things into perspective.
Their Oline looks shaky in pass protection. They allowed 3 sacks again against Wazzu.
Washingtons defense gave up 24 points (yes all by the starters) to a Wazzu team who scored 10 against North Texas and 13 against Idaho. Run D didn't allow much but Their secondary looks like a question mark.
Just need Styles to channel his inner Katzenmoyer and blast this quick qb. Show him what it means to be in the BIGTEN.
Agreed. Although, they aren't near as good as they were last year, but neither are we.That's insane
Among other things, I think we have an advantage with both our OL and DL. And as we all know, it's in the trenches where games are won or lost. A few injuries on Washington's D (LB / DB) will likely impact the game as well. You don't want a DB with a bad wheel trying to cover Smith or Tate. And they are very young at DB depth. Not a good recipe for success. They also gave up 3 sacks to Colorado State. The buckeye huddle guys pointed this out today and that’s for sure the weak link in the offense. I hope the plan is to just decimate them up front and get after them. You’d think the plan is to stop the run (including containing Williams) and then take away Boston.
They’re not overly deep on offense but they have the best trio we’ll face all year. At first I thought we play zone etc but I hope the plan is to dial up the pressure to 11 on them.
Don't kid yourself we have an advantage at every position except mobility at QB. I got this 49-17. Sayin just has to clean up a little from the Ohio game and this team is one of the most dominate college football has seen in awhile.Among other things, I think we have an advantage with both our OL and DL.
