Same. They should adopt the no bashing policy, PC is taking some shots over there. He was when I looked, anyways. Joe McKnight was as well..

I know I'm going to get blasted as a WLP, but I don't care. True we've had a great run, but we in no way came close to maximizing the potential of the last five years. It isn't just about how many great wins, it's also about how many horrible losses. This team doesn't learn from it's mistakes, the head coach is responsible for that.

Holt, Sark, Ruel, they are all good coaches, but they are not championship coaches. Chow, Davis, and Orgreron were. Just the fact that we debate this every stinkin year, shows it's a problem.

The fact remains, zero national championships since the truly great coaching staff was disassembled.

Coach Carroll should have done whatever it took to keep that staff together, we would have at least two or three more championships in the last 4 years.

The thread isn't that bad, but the title of "Pete Carroll is overrated" alone would never fly here.

Well, they got beat like they stole something! Everyone can keep on laughing, but CPC said it, the pacx is hard!
I have stated many times, I worry more abut conf. games than ooc games. This is why!
Now, until the rest of the pacx teams learn to play like the beavers played last night, for more than one game a year, and in ooc games, they will continue to to be looked upon as a weak conference.
Hopefully there wont be any more letdowns!

Corso was on ESPN and they asked him was SC out of the title hunt, and he said emphatically said "Not so fast my friend, this is USC we're talking about here...blah, blah, blah."

They lost to an unranked team, shouldn't they be out of it? We lost to #1 (albeit blew out by them) and, according to pundits, Jesus himself couldn't get us back into the title game.

Replace Chow, Davis, and Orgeron with Dantonio, Snyder, and Tucker and you could have been reading that thread over here for the past five years. :roll1:
