Replace Chow, Davis, and Orgeron with Dantonio, Snyder, and Tucker and you could have been reading that thread over here for the past five years. :roll1:
Most of those posters on wearesc.com werent SC fans during tollners or hacketts tenure, so they dont realize how good we have it, even with the stupid losses!
If you keep reading, there are some very good fans over there.

Same. They should adopt the no bashing policy, PC is taking some shots over there. He was when I looked, anyways. Joe McKnight was as well..

I have to say, I don't normally say anything bad about other team's players because at the end of the day every student-athlete deserves respect, but it still made me a bit happy to see McKnight struggle. Should've come to LSU!

I know he'll probably have a great career and be a top pick in the NFL but still, it was nice to see a guy who shunned the home state program struggle a bit.

Observations: 1. I loved the guy who wanted to keep all the assistants at the school. Clearly he's ready to open his pockets and pour out the cash to pay assistants salaries equal to what they could make as head coaches. Not to mention the ego involved in being a head coach as oppossed to assistant. A guy like Chow, who shuns the spotlight, is a real rarity.

2. Corso's comment would have come after any defeat of any "dynasty" program. Teams that have established their superiority over a number of years don't get trashed as quickly as a team that has risen suddenly. Case in point; Wake Forest will get thrown under the truck this week as will Wisconsin... oh and look for Notre Dame to move ahead of Michigan State, certainly ahead of Wisconsin

3. After the Coliseum Collapse I was content to win the Big 10 and play the Pac 10 #2. The unfortunate part of this loss is that we may end up right back where we started, playing USC in LA.

And maybe not! SC still has to win the rest of their games, and unless they play better than they did thurs. night, that isnt gonna happen.
The next game against oregon will tell how they will respond.
If you do play SC in jan., at least it will be in the rose bowl and not the coliseum!
