#1 LSU vs #4 Oklahoma, 4 pm ET on Dec. 28 in Atlanta

This is what being radical football fans posting on message boards is all about. Btw, would OSU bring back Tom Herman after he gets canned at Texass?

Only the 3rd best??? Yeah right. I can assure you that OU would have the best rushing attack in your conference.

Ole Miss has a higher ranked rushing offense than Oklahoma this year.
no, not by much, but it is still higher. And they did that facing MUCH tougher defenses than OU did (5 teams with higher rated rushing D than anyone OU faced).

Now is the time that you bring up their rushing YARDS against us, as if yards were a determining factor.
Then I'll reply saying we beat them by 3 TDs, because you know POINTS matter more than yards.

there i saved bandwidth for our hosts here.

I believe my argument was that OU allowed fewer points against them than LSU did. What does the amount of points KSU scored against them have to do with anything???

to prove to you that the transitive property doesn't work like you seem to think it does.

Better question is what is your head coach's record against Jalen? LSU is not one of the teams that have beaten us in the playoff. And since we're talking about the past, OU wasn't raped 29-0 by Bama last year. In fact, we've never been blown out at all since Riley became our head coach.

please explain to me what previous season have to do with this one.
they must be like super important that you keep bringing them up.

and I'm guessing those defenses that carried Jalen previously are also somehow going to be involved since they were a MUCH larger reason for his wins than he was.

Well considering Jason White was playing with an injury, we probably would have won the national title game against you if it weren't in New Orleans.

if something was different, something else might be different too.

let me try:
If i was a billionaire, I'd pay for all of us to get some hookers and blow. then we could have this conversation in person and blitzed outta our minds instead of on a message board.

And neither has LSU. What's your point?

got 2 of them since your last one.
and both of them are every bit as relevant to this game as Jalen's won/loss record while playing for a different team.

But Jalen is 2-0 as a starter against LSU. Jesus Christ! How many times do I need to keep saying this?

I gave you his stat line.
he fucking sucked both games and his #1 defense in the nation carried him.
is that 2016-2017 Bama D playing for Oklahoma this year?
no? didn't think so.

You're replacing a guy who averages 6.5 yards a carry with someone averaging 4.5. Good luck running the football against us.

thanks.
that's what Florida said about Clyde who was averaging less than that per carry going into that game.

Well if my team had a flag planted on the middle of their hometurf after being dominated by an opposing team, I'd probably be bitter too.
You do recall that OSU beat 0-3klahoma by even more the previous year, right? A 2-score win that was 17-13 going into the 4th is not a "domination"... whereas being up 35-17 at the half (and then pulling away) is a lot more like it. Your trash-talking game is so lame.

Yes, I recall. That was a big motivating factor for Baker the following year going into Columbus. I'm just glad Stoops retired when he did.

And while we're arguing over which team has faced better defenses, I can still say that OU has faced much better offenses. Yet OU ranks higher in total defense than LSU and is just about dead-even in total offense. I can sit here and say that 2017-18 Oklahoma scored more points than anybody all season. Does that mean they were able to win a national title, much less a playoff game? Points only matter when you're able to hold the other team to less points than your team. "OH!!!! But LSU ranks higher than y'all in scoring D!!!!!" Yeah and against our one common opponent, OU allowed fewer points than Y'ALL did. We'll just have to find out which team wins the points battle on December 28th won't we?

to prove to you that the transitive property doesn't work like you seem to think it does.

Uh, ok. I still don't know why you brought KSU in to play. But ok.

Well if you had any memory at all, then you'd recall that Bama's defense was the reason they failed to stop Clemson from scoring on their last drive of the 2016 national title game. It wasn't just the defense that defined Bama, it was also the play and performance of their offense which included Jalen, Tua, and their stable of running backs and wide receivers. In fact, Bama wouldn't have made it to the playoff last year if Jalen hadn't come off the bench to save them in the SEC title game.

if something was different, something else might be different too.

And if something was different, I'd bet LSU would have 7 national championships and 7 Heisman winners to. At least OU can say they have that, because they actually do!

got 2 of them since your last one.
and both of them are every bit as relevant to this game as Jalen's won/loss record while playing for a different team.

And since our last one, LSU has had to fire a head coach while OU hasn't. Also, OU has played in three national championship games and has had four Heisman winners. While we're arguing, OU has 7 national championships...LSU has only 3.

I gave you his stat line.

no? didn't think so.

Well Jalen is playing with OU's best defense they've taken thus far to the playoff. Although we don't have guys like Quinnen Williams and Minkah Fitzpatrick playing for us, I'd say this defense is good enough to help them win a playoff matchup.

thanks.

Wow. I'm so scared about playing against some other dude with a long ass hyphenated name. Somehow, he will turn into the Pats' James White overnight against us.
