#1 LSU vs #4 Oklahoma, 4 pm ET on Dec. 28 in Atlanta

...
no one has ever suggested that recruiting rankings by themselves are dispositive; certainly no one on this board has suggested it. yet you frequently hear that recruiting rankings mean nothing.

...

I'm not sure, but that might be the first time I've seen "dispositive" used as one word on this board.

Edit:

I was wrong - having done a search that word comes up far more often than I would have imagined. Dis positive attitude's gonna take us far.

don’t expect a clear answer from O.

you’ll just get something like “he has a hamstring issue. we’re treating it and taking it day by day”

he would give you this answer whether a Pit Bull literally ripped Clyde’s hammy off of his body, or someone slapped it with a little more vigor than expected but still didn’t leave a mark.

Clear answer from O? Because of his almost queen’s like enunciation?

And hey! Leave bully breeds out of this. Let’s try a ‘gator literally ripped Clyde’s hammy off...”

But do carry on goof’n on the sooner, it’s compelling reading!

and?
we finish ahead of OU in SCORING DEFENSE.

and in case you weren’t aware, scoring (not yards) determines winner and loser.

Well congratulations! And as I said earlier, OU on average has faced far better offenses that you. Say what you want about whatever metrics you want to use, but I think everyone can see the Big XII puts out better offenses each year than the $EC.

you mean the injury riddles Bama that still finishes higher in total offense and total defense than anyone OU has played this year?

thanks.

C’mon man! Couldn’t you see they were tailing off after Tua’s injuries? They also lost their best defender Dylan Moses before the season. And even with Tua not being 100% he still had a monster game against you. Jalen being 100% can do equally as much damage, and possibly more.

Let me remind you little Tiger, OU averages 8.15 yards per play!!! That means they’re averaging close to a first down after every first down. They’re going to score and move the ball at will against you.

Georgia, Florida, Auburn, A&M, and Bama all have better front 7s on defense than freaking Baylor.
and we scored more against all but one of those than y’all did in either game against Bama.

Wow, okay. Again, on average OU scored 41 against Bama and Georgia in the last two playoff games. Riley is flexing his muscles right now as he’s prepping for the bowl. Have you all found your replacement for CEH yet? It’s going to be a long day for whoever it is as they will have to help pick up blitzes in pass protection against OU’s aggressive D.

care to place a wager on which team’s opponents has the higher points scored per game average (again, points scored is how the winner is determined so it’s kinda important)?

Hint, it ain’t yours.

i agree, this was a VERY down Alabama team.
And even in the worst season they’ve had in a decade they were still better across the board than anyone OU played in the Big XII.

remind me again which defense that was against.

oh that’s right, Baylor.
and averaging an entire foot more than LSU averages per play.
against that juggernauts like Baylor!

ho.
lee.
shit.

i can’t believe they let y’all stay in college instead of the NFL with a squad that does that!

wait, wtf does last season have to do with the price of rubber dog shit in China?

not a fucking thing.

Don’t worry about us at RB.
They grow on trees down here. We’ll be ok.

Are you sure about that? The Buckeyes have stars all over their team. They pretty much rival the 2001 Hurricanes in terms of overall talent.

I agree tOSU would be the best team we’ve faced all year.
but unlike Oklahoma, we’ve actually played several teams with talent already.

and since none of them has even beaten us, let alone blown us out of the fucking water, i’m confident it would be a pretty good game between us and them.

you on the other hand appear to be a scared little bitch that is terrified of actual competition.
and considering teams like fucking Baylor, Iowa State, and TCU gave you everything you could possibly want, i understand why you shitting yourself.
