'07 OH LB Andrew Dailey (Penn State signee)

I don't know the full story but I am under the impression that grades aren't what could stop Dailey from getting an offer from OSU...

From OhioVaristy...Andrew is ranked the #1 LB in OH by OV.

What i was trying to say is that if Andrew does not get an offer from OSU, it will most likely because the staff feels good about who they brought i last year and who they have a shot at landing this year. I think it is almost a formality at this point that Andrew ends up at either Florida or Penn State. From what I know, ND has told him not to expect an offer and unless the ND and OSU staffs have a change of heart and decide to offer (which could happen at camp on 23rd), I really think he will pick between the two other offers he has that he is really interested in...UF and PSU.

Speaking of Dailey, look for him to accept a full-ride scholarship offer from Penn State before the season starts. The linebacker loses nothing by making a verbal commitment to the Nittany Lions. He does, however, protect himself against injury, and he could change his mind before signing day in February.
