Unless he makes his announcement from a grassy knoll...

I have a hard time believing a HC from a Cincy school would give a false lead to the hometown newspaper. That would be chancy for his credibility in the Nati IMO.

Are we becoming a victim of our own success here. All year long all you seem to hear is how OSU has nine new starters on defense, and they look better now than last year. Are these kids thinking they have no shot at playing for a couple of years or what.

Just trying to rationalize all of this that has transpired the past month. Please move this thread that Tennesee verbal next to his name is making me nauseous.

To each his own. I think he just liked the rhyme, Ben in Tenn (or, like the cartoon, Ben 10). It's as good as any other theory, right?

Seriously though, good luck to you. If every top recruit in the world wanted to be buckeyes, we'd be the only ones having any fun! If Tennessee was the place for you to be, enjoy your stay and represend Ohio proud.

Man, I know we've had our share of pulling kids in late in the process when they were "supposed" to go elsewhere, i.e. Lawrence Wilson, Marcel Frost, etc., but it seems like we are really taking a beating this year...and as someone said, on the eve of our 2nd National Title game in 5 years...what's up with that? :(

I know we're "well off" at that position, but losing a top prospect and an Ohio kid I thought was "in the fold" hurts no matter what position he plays.

*Through gritted teeth* Good luck Ben. :sad2: I wish you saw in my Buckeyes, what I see. Dagnabit! :ohwell:
